BWW On TV1 Tonight

Check out the boys from the wreck on TV1 tonight featuring on Marc Ellis' show "How The Other Halve Live". We filmed this over a year ago and we were intoxicated at the time so I can't say how good or bad it might look. But I do remember Tourettes dropping a decent freestyle and Marc having ago at some raps. check it out. 10pm tonight! (Tuesday)

Whatchue Know About Electro & Food?

I dont know much actually.. i try to make some house stuff but it aint that good.

Check it out anyway.

Peep those RizzyGillespie beats too.

On Saturday night i was at Roasted Addiction in Kingsland. Had the chicken fettacini (sp?) from there. It was alright. Had a nicer fettacini from Ironeek (sp?) in Mt Eden. That place had the niiiicest fettacini. Smooth and creamy. It was the goodness.
On Sunday morn i was at a cafe up at Pt Chev - forgot the name of. Ordered some french toast from there. At first it tasted a bit soft/soggy but as I kept eating it was actually really good. Maybe cause most french toasts ive had are usually real crispy. The bacon was on point though. Crisp and crunchy. They should have put more maple syrup though. Sometime cafe's serve their french toast with banana. This place did too. It wasn't done well and put off the rest of the bacon/toast.

Today whilst studying i decided i was actually hungry. So i shot up to the bakery and grabbed a donut and sausage roll.

Mean.

Yeah thats right. 85th kid the self proclaimed food critique.

I need to go excersize. My ab isn't multiplying itself.

Remember Those Caarnts?

I ran into Bishop from Usual Suspects in the studio yesterday. He was telling me they've finished recording their album (remember that advertisement in the Still Fukkin Music mixtape inlay saying "Usual Suspects - Hire Learning" coming soon! Man how wrong i was about that). but it is dope that its fiiiinally finished. ive been flipping around some ideas with bish on the presentation too, its looking good. I know exile has a got a bit of backlog of albums to mix at the moment, so im not gonna say its coming soon again, but it should be out before the xmas. I'll drop you some more info as things proceed.

New Tourettes Poem

Heres a poem Tourettes posted on his myspace page last week...

Aramoana
The sky was weeping as we pulled out of the garage,
the grey shorts of my school uniform, too tight.
Someone was talking inside the radio,
the voice was familiar
but the words were off.
“Gunman”
“13 dead”
“Jesus” my mother said under her breath.

Years earlier
we lived near Aramoana
in a small town with one shop
where the air smelt of burnt toast.
The voice inside the radio kept relaying details,
every so often the formal words cracked
emptying the viscera of emotion into the blue Holden Kingswood.

People were shocked that it happened
but I remember the countryside,
with its choked madness.
I remember the wind slapping my face
while the pine trees shook with laughter.
I remember the moon staring so hard at night, I couldn’t sleep.
I remember the weather, fierce,
Screaming, crashing outside my window.
In this setting
mass murder almost seems romantic.

At school
no one talked about wrestling or spacies,
no one pashed behind the hall,
the day was like a half developed Polaroid.

That night the television screamed sympathy,
my feet hung off the end of my single bed.
If I closed my eyes
I could just make out
13 souls limping towards the point,
where the grey southern sky joins the sea.

Louie Knuxx – Drinkin Druggin Fightin Fukkin

Knuxx has been a busy man since deporting himself to Australia. I know he lived there a bit when he was a kid, he may even be an Australian, I’m not sure, either way he seems to be fitting in there quite nicely. His latest offering, DDFF, is an 8 track E.P including features by Jay Roacher, Kid Sheelan, DTD, a remix by Yorel, and two all new songs from the forthcoming Cancer album. As the title suggests, the subject matter is in line with what Knuxx fans have grown to love. The physical copies will be in stores via Shock Records June 15. You can cop a digital version or listen to the tracks now at… http://beedub.bandcamp.com/album/louie-knuxx-drinkin-druggin-fightin-fukkin
